What you will do

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling, managing complex calendars across candidates, interviewers, and leadership.
• Drive a high-quality candidate experience through clear, timely communication and seamless coordination.
• Partner with recruiters to maintain pipeline momentum and proactively resolve scheduling bottlenecks.
• Manage requisition set-up and job posting processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate all virtual and onsite interview logistics.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting ops, CX, or a similar role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work schedule.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume coordination across multiple pipelines.
• Tech-savvy with experience using ATS tools.
