What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring a welcoming and professional process from start to finish.
  • Coordinate high-volume phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple teams while adhering to SLAs.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to identify and implement process improvements based on data trends.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, handling scheduling with a high sense of urgency.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hiring managers and internal partners.
  • Support recruiting operations through various special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in talent coordination or administrative support within a high-growth company.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail (Asana experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in calendar management (Google) and video conferencing tools (Zoom).
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Ashby.
  • Ability to pivot quickly and operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Pittsburgh.
