What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring a welcoming and professional process from start to finish.
- Coordinate high-volume phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple teams while adhering to SLAs.
- Collaborate with recruiters to identify and implement process improvements based on data trends.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, handling scheduling with a high sense of urgency.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hiring managers and internal partners.
- Support recruiting operations through various special projects as needed.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in talent coordination or administrative support within a high-growth company.
- Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail (Asana experience preferred).
- Proficiency in calendar management (Google) and video conferencing tools (Zoom).
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Ashby.
- Ability to pivot quickly and operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work on-site in Pittsburgh.
