What you will do

• Translate product capabilities and releases into clear, outcome-focused narratives for different audiences.
• Create user-facing content, including how-to guides, one-pagers, and release notes for new features.
• Develop and maintain a library of educational resources, videos, and demos for key user groups.
• Support go-to-market planning and execution for new feature releases, coordinating timelines across teams.
• Build sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battlecards, and competitive one-pagers.
• Execute campaigns across email, in-app, and content channels to drive product adoption.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of marketing experience in a B2B technology company.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex information.
• Analytical ability to pull data and review metrics to assess campaign performance.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth startup or healthtech environment.
• Familiarity with HME/DME or healthcare ordering workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Gamma, Customer.io, or HubSpot.
• Experience using AI-powered tools such as Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI for workflow automation.
