What you will do
- Translate product capabilities and releases into clear, outcome-focused narratives for different audiences.
- Create user-facing content, including how-to guides, one-pagers, and release notes for new features.
- Develop and maintain a library of educational resources, videos, and demos for key user groups.
- Support go-to-market planning and execution for new feature releases, coordinating timelines across teams.
- Build sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battlecards, and competitive one-pagers.
- Execute campaigns across email, in-app, and content channels to drive product adoption.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of marketing experience in a B2B technology company.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex information.
- Analytical ability to pull data and review metrics to assess campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application (no visa sponsorship available).
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-growth startup or healthtech environment.
- Familiarity with HME/DME or healthcare ordering workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Gamma, Customer.io, or HubSpot.
- Experience using AI-powered tools such as Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI for workflow automation.
