What you will do

• Own the platform roadmap focusing on reliability, performance, platform modernization, and operational excellence.
• Drive initiatives to improve developer experience, CI/CD workflows, infrastructure abstraction, and observability.
• Act as the voice of internal developers, synthesizing pain points and feedback into strategic planning using AI tooling and analytics.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and architecture teams to ensure scalable and secure platform capabilities.
• Define North Star metrics and track success to demonstrate business impact through data-driven storytelling.
• Evangelize platform capabilities to development squads to increase adoption and partnership.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of product management experience, specifically in B2B SaaS or platform environments.
• Proven track record of building "Platform as a Product" and tools/APIs consumed by developers.
• Technical depth in Kubernetes (EKS, Karpenter), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and IaC (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Hands-on experience with observability tools like New Relic, Datadog, or Grafana, and GenAI coding tools.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills to drive complex initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an SRE, software engineer, or in a similar technical role.
• Experience with platform modernization and legacy system migrations.
• Familiarity with developer portal tools, service catalogs, and internal developer platforms.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and working asynchronously.
