Salary: $220,000 - $270,000

What you will do

• Own the platform roadmap end-to-end, from product definition and ICP to GTM motion and success metrics.
• Act as a player-coach, starting as an IC PM and scaling the Platform PM team as needed.
• Develop shared platform services on a predictable cadence to support other product pods.
• Establish the operating rhythm for planning, reviewing, and shipping, utilizing strong documentation like PRDs and strategy docs.
• Present product strategy directly to senior executives at Ryder.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years managing other PMs.
• Proven track record of shipping horizontal or platform products to enterprise customers through a full 0→1→scale arc.
• Previous experience as an early PM at a startup.
• Ability to present strategy to senior enterprise leadership independently.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or fleet domains.
• Experience shipping AI features into a product.
• Background in a Fortune 500 company environment with a small, agile team.
