What you will do

• Own and drive the product roadmap for Platform UI, balancing UX improvements, consistency, and feature priorities.
• Define information architecture, navigation systems, and interaction patterns for cohesive user experience.
• Partner with engineering and design to align UI with data models, APIs, and platform capabilities.
• Translate user research, analytics, and domain expertise into prioritized product initiatives.
• Identify and resolve UX fragmentation across products for unified experience.
• Engage with technical customers to validate direction and uncover workflow needs.
• Define success metrics and measure UI initiative impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in infrastructure, observability, or complex technical platforms
• Proven experience owning UI/UX or platform initiatives across multi-product systems
• Strong understanding of UX principles and collaboration with design teams
• Experience in complex multi-team environments with interdependent systems
• Strong analytical skills using product data and customer insights
• Excellent communication with technical audiences and stakeholder management
