What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and technology functions, from defining requirements to designing interview processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to align on headcount priorities and resolve hiring roadblocks.
• Optimize sourcing and reporting processes using agentic AI tools and Lever ATS.
• Promote interviewing best practices to improve candidate experience and hiring quality.
• Develop tailored closing strategies for compensation and culture alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for corporate or engineering roles.
• Proven track record of sourcing technical and niche talent at volume in high-growth environments.
• Ability to execute recruiting stages quickly and effectively with minimal direction.
• Strong communication skills for advising and partnering with hiring managers.
• Ability to synthesize recruiting data into actionable insights.
