What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all technical openings, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
• Partner with EPDA leadership and the TA team to define hiring needs and execute effective processes.
• Drive proactive attraction of top-tier talent via active sourcing, social media, conferences, and employee networks.
• Ensure a transparent, considerate, and timely candidate experience.
• Strengthen the employer brand by introducing new TA best practices and gold-standard hiring processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 1+ year of technical recruiting.
• Experience working at an early-stage, fast-growth startup.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong headhunter mindset with a track record of exceeding headcount targets without sacrificing quality.
• Data, systems, and process-oriented approach with expertise in modern TA tools.
• Personal alignment with the mission of improving people's health through nutrition.
