What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, from intake and sourcing to interviews, offers, and closes.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, align on profiles, and build high-signal interview plans.
- Drive heavy outbound sourcing and manage pipelines to ensure strong conversion and excellent candidate experience.
- Coach teams on structured interviewing, evaluation, and maintaining high standards while moving quickly.
- Use AI tools effectively for sourcing, communication, and pipeline management.
Requirements
- Significant full-cycle recruiting experience for technical/engineering roles in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
- Strong business partnering skills to collaborate with and challenge hiring managers.
- Expertise in building structured interview plans and heavy personal sourcing without dedicated sourcers.
- Ability to manage multiple searches urgently while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using AI practically to boost productivity.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring.
