TL;DR

Recruiter (HR): Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, operations, finance, and clinical functions with an accent on sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and building scalable recruiting infrastructure. Focus on experimenting with AI-enabled tools, partnering with leadership on hiring strategies, and delivering high-touch candidate experiences in a fast-paced startup.

Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates based in Nashville.

Rebuilding the cardiology system with technology, data, operational tools, and AI to improve patient outcomes and support independent cardiologists.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for multiple roles: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs, build hiring plans, and refine interview processes.
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines, track metrics like time-to-fill, and report on recruiting health.
  • Develop scalable infrastructure including scorecards, ATS workflows, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership, provide market intelligence, and strengthen employer brand.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in-house at a startup.
  • Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and diverse channels; ability to recruit across functions and seniority.
  • Project management and attention to detail to juggle multiple searches in ambiguity.
  • Confident communicator who builds rapport and represents the brand effectively.
  • Curiosity about using AI in recruiting to improve efficiency without compromising quality.

  • Healthcare startup experience, especially in value-based care.
