TL;DR

Technical Recruiter (HR/Recruiting): Leading full-cycle recruitment to scale technical teams for a robotics and AI data platform with an accent on sourcing and strategic growth. Focus on building candidate pipelines, partnering with stakeholders, and optimizing the hiring process in a high-growth startup environment.

Location: In-person in the Pittsburgh or New York City office

What you will do

  • Lead and drive the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Proactively identify and source exceptional talent via innovative programmatic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build critical processes and grow teams across various verticals.
  • Analyze recruiting data to provide recommendations on market trends and process effectiveness.
  • Guide and coach candidates and interviewers throughout the hiring journey.
  • Establish trust with active and passive talent to successfully close offers.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a full-cycle technical recruiting capacity.
  • 2-5 years of in-house technical recruiting experience, preferably at high-growth tech startups.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Proven track record of identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high-growth environments.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Must be able to work in-person in the Pittsburgh or New York City office.
