What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Coach hiring managers on role definition, interview processes, and feedback calibration.
- Develop sourcing strategies and market mapping for hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Execute creative sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, patent databases, and niche communities.
- Manage structured, candidate-first interview loops aligned with company values.
- Analyze pipeline data and conversion metrics to iterate on hiring processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at high-growth startups or deep tech companies.
- Proven success hiring for Electrical Systems, Hardware, Manufacturing, or similar fields.
- Expertise in sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Los Angeles headquarters.
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on high conversion outreach.
Nice to have
- Experience in industries building physical products (EV, aerospace, robotics, automotive).
- Familiarity with power systems or electrification engineering roles.
- Experience building sourcing infrastructure (templates, workflows) from scratch.
