What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Coach hiring managers on role definition, interview processes, and feedback calibration.
• Develop sourcing strategies and market mapping for hard-to-fill technical positions.
• Execute creative sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, patent databases, and niche communities.
• Manage structured, candidate-first interview loops aligned with company values.
• Analyze pipeline data and conversion metrics to iterate on hiring processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at high-growth startups or deep tech companies.
• Proven success hiring for Electrical Systems, Hardware, Manufacturing, or similar fields.
• Expertise in sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Los Angeles headquarters.
• Strong written communication skills with a focus on high conversion outreach.

Nice to have

• Experience in industries building physical products (EV, aerospace, robotics, automotive).
• Familiarity with power systems or electrification engineering roles.
• Experience building sourcing infrastructure (templates, workflows) from scratch.
