What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and salary negotiations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand open positions and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Proactively engage passive candidates for technical roles using Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and other tools.
• Serve as a consultative staffing advisor to hiring managers, providing regular updates and insights.
• Promote and optimize the Employee Referral Program to drive high-quality acquisitions.
• Participate in university recruiting efforts, including attending career fairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a four-year, U.S.-accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technical recruiting within an agency or corporate environment.
• Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines in niche technical areas.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, architectural, or professional consulting roles is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or other web-based recruiting systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
