What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to design and execute recruitment strategies with shared ownership.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: research, source, interview, and evaluate candidates equitably.
- Maintain transparent communication with teams, HR, and candidates throughout the process.
- Build and nurture candidate relationships and diverse talent pipelines.
- Analyze and refine TA strategies, support workforce planning, and improve processes.
- Collaborate on job evaluations, market analyses, and professional networking.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree (4-year)
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in-house
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate with urgency in fast-paced environments
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS
- Collaborative, team-minded approach
Nice to have
- Experience in live events or ticketing organization
