TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Partner: Support recruitment across multiple teams by designing strategies, leading full-cycle hiring, and improving processes with an accent on relationship-building, DEI, and business partnering. Focus on sourcing diverse talent, workforce planning, and cultivating long-term pipelines.

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite). Employer does not offer work visa sponsorship.

Salary: $72,000-$76,000

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to design and execute recruitment strategies with shared ownership.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: research, source, interview, and evaluate candidates equitably.
  • Maintain transparent communication with teams, HR, and candidates throughout the process.
  • Build and nurture candidate relationships and diverse talent pipelines.
  • Analyze and refine TA strategies, support workforce planning, and improve processes.
  • Collaborate on job evaluations, market analyses, and professional networking.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year)
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in-house
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate with urgency in fast-paced environments
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS
  • Collaborative, team-minded approach

Nice to have

  • Experience in live events or ticketing organization
