Salary: $100,000 – $200,000 + Equity

• Identify, engage, and acquire top-percentile candidates across all corporate, technical, and non-technical roles.
• Collaborate directly with the Founder and business leaders to determine and meet hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a thoughtful, streamlined, and high-yielding candidate experience.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Excited to be in-person in New York City 5 days a week.
• 2+ years of professional experience outperforming in high-quality environments.
• Proven experience building recruiting systems from scratch with minimal oversight.
• Prior success in a similar startup or technical organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
