What you will do

  • Analyze product performance trends, including sales volume, revenue, and profitability across categories.
  • Own the Walmart.com business end-to-end, managing item setup, forecasting, order recommendations, and inventory.
  • Develop weekly and monthly performance reports on key KPIs and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Drive digital growth through regular site audits of assortment, content, pricing, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with Walmart Merchants, Planners, and internal Sales and Supply Chain teams.
  • Streamline analytics processes by creating standardized operating procedures and leveraging automation tools.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of CPG analytics experience, including working with multiple data sources.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Rogers, Arkansas sales office.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Scintilla, Retail Link, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Tableau, and NPD.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
