Location: Remote (Americas: United States, Canada, LATAM)

Compensation: $65K - $130K

What you will do

• Determine and establish effective ways to enhance customers' FP&A setup using the hirify.global platform.
• Develop long-term, trust-based partnerships with customers.
• Monitor key usage metrics to identify growth opportunities and expand product impact.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, Consulting, or Technical Implementation.
• Expertise in financial modeling using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be based in the Americas (US, Canada, or LATAM) to align with team working hours.
• Ownership mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working effectively within a remote team.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of experience working at an early-stage tech startup.
