Sales Support Analyst

TL;DR

Sales Support Analyst (Alternatives Distribution): Provide top-notch customer service to financial advisors throughout the lifecycle of alternative investments with an accent on pre-sale, sale, and post-sales activities. Focus on driving new user registrations, leading promotional campaigns, maintaining advisor relationships, and acting as liaison between Sales, Investor Relations, Fund Finance, and Operations teams.

Location: Greenwich, Connecticut, United States (hybrid: office Monday-Thursday, remote Friday)

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 base + equity + annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Drive new user registrations by engaging advisors and educating them on hirify.global value proposition.
• Lead campaigns for product launches, conferences, and thought leadership.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key advisors to maximize platform usage.
• Act as main point of contact and problem solver for investment creation and servicing.
• Manage referrals to Structured Investments, Architect, and Client Solutions teams.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Experience in investment or financial services
• Attainment of Series 7 and Series 63 licenses within 120 days of hiring
• Attainment of CAIA certification within 2 years
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Strong client focus, customer service skills, project management aptitude, critical thinking, attention to detail
