What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with dealer clients, conducting up to three one-hour in-person consultations daily with data analysis and improvement recommendations
  • Monitor advertising compliance, review quarterly marketing plans, and provide optimization advice based on performance
  • Partner with OEM field representatives for joint consultations and coordinate marketing enhancements
  • Drive KPI improvements, strategize overall marketing performance, and identify program changes
  • Manage client issues, conflict resolution, retention, and growth while achieving engagement targets
  • Write daily contact reports, maintain logs, and communicate results-oriented solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business (automotive or marketing preferred) or equivalent; 5+ years automotive/marketing experience with digital advertising focus
  • Demonstrated experience working with Dealer Principals and General Managers; strong preference for premium luxury segment
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (drive/fly to dealerships, overnights in hotels); valid driver’s license required
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Autonomous work style, customer focus, resiliency, and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Word, Excel, and other tools for tracking results
