What you will do

• Project manage the sales order solicitation process, including generating sell sheets, order forms, and ensuring pricing accuracy.
• Manage the sales order financial process by driving payment schedules and ensuring resellers adhere to financial terms.
• Oversee the sales order reconciliation process to resolve shipping issues, damages, shortages, and overages.
• Manage and improve production and inventory reporting for both internal sales teams and external resellers.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing tools and processes, partnering with leadership to implement solutions.
• Support the documentation and refinement of existing processes for future enterprise solution implementations.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent applicable experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and professional communication abilities.
• Ability to resolve problems timely and meet deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
