What you will do

• Define and shape hirify.global's industry-defining brand and core narrative.
• Create high-leverage assets including case studies, blogs, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
• Execute data-driven experiments across content, brand, and GTM channels to scale pipeline.
• Own end-to-end event strategy, from messaging and pre-event campaigns to on-site presence.
• Develop the growth playbook, including channels, editorial voice, and attribution logic.
• Collaborate with sales to refine narratives, talk tracks, and proof points based on customer truth.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco.
• Elite writing ability with a deep understanding of information density and recipient profiles.
• Proven track record of creating assets or campaigns that drove measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical instinct with the ability to pair taste with rigor.
• High agency, strong organizational skills, and a high slope for learning and growth.
