What you will do

  • Support senior Project Managers in project planning, including scope definition, timelines, staffing, and risk assessment.
  • Coordinate project setup, onboarding, and the establishment of communication channels.
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and manage task tracking and team communications.
  • Maintain critical project documentation, such as status reports, meeting notes, and issue logs.
  • Contribute to stakeholder reporting on project schedules, budgets, and overall delivery.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify creative solutions for project challenges and drive tasks to completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Insurance & Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Exposure to project management, software technology, or the insurance industry.
  • Experience working on small projects or teams (5+ members preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and standard business collaboration tools.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Springfield, MO office.
