What you will do

• Manage small to mid-sized client-facing projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Track project schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring appropriate escalation.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and status reports for transparency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and business teams to drive outcomes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in project management, consulting, or client-facing software implementation.
• Working knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and delivery tracking methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
• Experience managing projects governed by a statement of work (SOW).
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Mavenlink/Kantata, and Office apps.

• PMP or PRINCE 2 Practitioner certification.
