What you will do

  • Run multiple simultaneous projects to implement new applications and systems based on business and customer objectives.
  • Drive the delivery of services to the customer, managing inquiries and requests.
  • Lead weekly project meetings and monthly status reporting, including documentation and action items.
  • Negotiate resource allocation with first-line managers, Product Engineering, and Sales.
  • Tailor scope, schedule, and quality against project needs and business strategy using industry best practices.
  • Mentor peers on project management methodologies and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 1+ years of experience managing projects for insurance entities.
  • Advanced skills in Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), project scheduling, and financial estimation.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, and resource allocation tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, Clarity, SAP).
  • Deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies and basic architecture comprehension.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
