Project Manager (Systems Development)

Location: Farmington Hills, MI / Okemos, MI (Onsite)

What you will do

• Create project plans, define scope, manage budgets, timelines, and roadmaps.
• Oversee staff assignments and facilitate meetings with teams and end users to document technical solutions.
• Track deliverables across multiple Agile teams to ensure timely value delivery.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and manage project risks and changes.
• Coordinate with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office to adhere to corporate standards.
• Mentor other project teams and utilize PPM and Agile tools for performance measurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science.
• 5 years of project management experience, specifically in systems development or support.
• Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles.
• Advanced leadership skills and ability to resolve complex problems.
• Must be located in or able to work from Farmington Hills or Okemos, MI.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP certification, or a Master's Certificate in Project Management.
• Experience working within a SAFe environment.
