What you will do

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the architecture team aligned with business goals.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product owners to drive customer engagement and strategic roadmaps.
• Engage with clients to present solutions, highlight competitive advantages, and maintain strong relationships.
• Lead and mentor a team of solution experts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of technical solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance value for clients.

Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience in solution engineering or architecture.
• Experience within the content, localization, or AI data services industry.
• Strong technical background with the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Track record of successful deal closures and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
