What you will do

• Act as primary technical contact for strategic customers, building long-term trusted relationships
• Develop deep understanding of customer architectures, software stacks, and AI/HPC workloads
• Partner with customers to design and optimize solutions on hirify.global infrastructure
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, and architecture reviews
• Translate requirements into technical plans, influence internal roadmaps, and own end-to-end engagement success
• Drive communication between customers and internal teams, identify risks, and support pre-sales/expansion

Requirements

• 5–10+ years in customer-facing technical role (Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Program Manager)
• Strong technical depth in infrastructure, cloud, networking, or AI/HPC workloads
• Experience with large enterprise, hyperscale, or high-growth technology customers
• Ability to map complex customer environments (compute, networking, storage, software stacks)
• Excellent communication to bridge technical and business contexts
• Proven ownership in driving complex multi-team deliverables in fast-paced environments
