Salary: $135,000 - $230,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage scalable integrations across marketing and SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure solutions adhere to security and organizational standards.
• Develop microservices and AI-driven solutions, integrating both internal and external AI capabilities.
• Lead CI/CD strategies leveraging Bitbucket, CloudBees, Jenkins, and uDeploy.
• Mentor engineering leads and guide Agile teams through the scaled Agile lifecycle.
• Define and enforce Non-Functional Requirements including performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of system engineering experience (or HS diploma with 12+ years).
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing scalable applications and 3 years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Martech/AdTech and SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience building and integrating AI-driven solutions.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, Oracle, Apache, Linux, PCF, and AWS.
• Familiarity with CDP, DAM, Preference/Consent management, Email, and SMS activation platforms.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as New Relic and Splunk.
• Knowledge of JSON, REST, and GraphQL-based web services.
• Experience in financial or banking application support and development.
