What you will do

• Lead the post-technical win account strategy and execution plan for strategic AI-native customers.
• Act as the primary technical leader for specific use cases, driving onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and internal engineering teams to accelerate the transition of use cases into production.
• Develop execution plans covering user growth, product adoption (Lakehouse vision), and cost optimization.
• Manage executive and operational governance, providing KPI reporting on customer health and risk to the Technical GM.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the Data and AI domain.
• Programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Proven experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, consulting, or customer success roles.
• Deep understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
• Must be based in California, Colorado, Oregon, or Washington.
