Salary: $272,000 — $374,000 USD

What you will do
- Identify, acquire, and grow new business opportunities across DOW R&E and OUSD.
- Develop and execute focused strategies for winning high-potential accounts in untapped markets.
- Establish essential C-level relationships with Engineering, Platform, Architecture, and Data Science leaders.
- Close complex, high-value software deals using a solution-based selling approach.
- Orchestrate internal teams and ecosystem partners to maximize sales impact.
- Plan and drive the growth of platform usage in newly won accounts to maximize customer impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience selling complex software deals to recognizable organizations within the DOD/DOW space (preferably R&E/OUSD).
- Background in selling usage-based PaaS/SaaS solutions, or other Data/AI/ML technologies.
- Expertise in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, value selling, and Command of the Message.
- Experience hunting in greenfield spaces while expanding existing accounts.
- Ability to develop and successfully manage a clear partner strategy.
- Deep understanding of segment priorities, buying cycles, and decision-making processes in the DOD ecosystem.
