Director of Relational Experience (Events): Leading the strategy, development, and execution of YouVersion’s domestic and international events with an accent on event production and relational programming. What you will do

• Define and implement the relational experience philosophy and programming strategy for global contexts.
• Lead end-to-end event programming, from initial vision and planning to on-the-ground production.
• Serve as the on-site producer for diverse events, managing real-time decisions and VIP guest engagement.
• Coordinate event assets, including signage and stage design, in partnership with vendors and the Marketing team.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Relational Experience team and partner functions such as Creative, Communications, and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or relational programming.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality live events across various scales.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Edmond, OK.
