What you will do

• Develop project roadmaps with milestones, manage resource allocation, task prioritization, and delivery cadence across multiple projects
• Provide status updates to executives, align technical teams with business objectives, and negotiate scope, timelines, and resources
• Facilitate team meetings and sync-ups across time zones, remove blockers, and drive knowledge sharing
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, track dependencies, and optimize project management best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical project management experience in software development
• Proven track record delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Experience managing projects across distributed teams and multiple time zones
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to navigate technical discussions
• Experience with project management tools and documentation practices

Nice to have

• Background in ad tech, fraud prevention, or cybersecurity
• Experience managing infrastructure or data engineering projects
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and dependency tracking
