Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
• Experience in operations leadership within the gaming, entertainment, or technology industries.
• Proven track record of shipping products and leading product development cycles.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to design systems for complex environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Redmond, Washington.
