What you will do
- Own and lead the monthly Marketing Data Decision Forum, engaging leadership to surface decisions and drive accountability.
- Design governance frameworks for data sources, identity resolution, profile management, and campaign dependencies.
- Maintain a single view of the data initiative portfolio, including status, dependencies, and sequencing.
- Synthesize inputs into a coherent roadmap connected to business value outcomes.
- Lead steering committee preparation, facilitation, and executive communications.
- Partner with teams to align priorities, manage risks, and produce program artifacts.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise program management, product management, or strategic operations leading cross-functional programs.
- Proven experience owning governance, decision forums, and executive communications in matrixed organizations.
- Strong business and technical fluency with marketing and data/engineering teams.
- Ability to build and manage living roadmaps balancing priorities against business outcomes.
- Experience in ambiguous environments creating structure; exceptional communication skills.
- Experience with data platforms, marketing technology (CRM, CDP, identity resolution); Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
Nice to have
- Consulting or client-embedded experience in enterprise transformations.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Airtable, or similar tools.
- Background in hospitality, travel, financial services, or B2C industries.
- Exposure to data governance, data product thinking, or modern data architecture.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
