Director of Enterprise Transformation and Strategic Initiatives (Energy Storage): Leading the hirify.global Transformation Team to execute cross-functional enterprise operations initiatives with an accent on AI-enabled operating models, pricing transformation, NP2M rollout, and operational excellence. Focus on establishing governance, driving accountability, aligning value streams, and delivering measurable outcomes in margin improvement and scalable growth.

Hybrid (2-3 days in office) in Arlington, VA or Houston, TX. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and manage the hirify.global Transformation Team as the central execution layer for enterprise operations initiatives.
• Drive execution of priorities including AI-enabled operating model deployment, pricing transformation, NP2M rollout, and quality/risk initiatives.
• Translate leadership priorities into structured programs, maintain integrated transformation portfolio, and lead governance forums.
• Partner across Transformation, IT, Product, Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, and Delivery to remove barriers and accelerate outcomes.
• Embed AI into core processes, identify high-value AI use cases, and support change management for process adoption.
• Develop executive materials, track progress/risks, and reinforce standardization and alignment across operations.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years in transformation leadership, strategy and operations, management consulting, or enterprise program leadership.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience across technology, operations, and business functions with strong understanding of enterprise systems and technology-enabled transformation.
• Experience with operating model design, portfolio management, and execution governance.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
