Focus on leading large-scale multi-quarter programs, managing team development, establishing operating cadences, and driving financial and KPI ownership.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, multi-quarter strategic programs, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 3–8 program managers, establishing goals, performance standards, and career paths.
• Build and scale the program management function with methodologies, tools, best practices, hiring, and onboarding.
• Run program cadences including OKRs, QBRs, and executive reviews; drive cross-functional accountability.
• Translate executive strategy into roadmaps, align Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance on priorities.
• Track ROI, costs, business impact; partner with Finance on forecasting and investments; manage risks and dependencies.

Requirements

• 10+ years in program management, operations, or product strategy
• 3–5+ years leading program managers or comparable leadership role
• Proven track record scaling teams and improving execution maturity
• Strong financial, analytical, and operational acumen
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills
