What you will do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new publishers to build rapport and long-term partnerships.
• Manage a portfolio of existing publishers with a focus on retention and revenue growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact, providing personalized communication and guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve roadblocks and advocate for publisher feature and data requests.
• Identify market trends and introduce new strategies to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
• Conduct regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
• Professional experience in digital advertising, specifically focused on publisher success.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing performance data and identifying growth opportunities.
• Proven track record of conducting QBRs and tracking KPIs.
• Experience managing both low-touch and high-touch account portfolios.
• Ability to quickly master product implementation processes.
