What you will do
- Own and qualify pipeline of web and brand engagements, carrying monthly sales targets focused on recurring revenue.
- Lead consultative discovery, develop strategic proposals for WordPress, Drupal, Shopify builds, branding, and support retainers.
- Scope work precisely, articulate trade-offs, and ensure seamless handoff to delivery teams.
- Build long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor and agency ambassador.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, design, development, and account teams to advocate best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years in digital, web, or branding agency with new business, account leadership, and solution consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of website strategy and delivery across WordPress, Drupal, Shopify including UX, design, development, QA, support.
- Proven sales track record achieving targets, especially recurring revenue.
- Excellent discovery, scoping, estimation, and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM, proposal development, pipeline management.
