Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $125,000–$220,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Act as the primary contact for designated accounts, fostering strong relationships across all levels.
  • Align hirify.global solutions with each customer's unique objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and partner networks for exceptional client support.
  • Monitor customer health and track industry trends to inform product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales or a SaaS environment.
  • Account management experience in an enterprise environment, preferably selling CMS, CX, Commerce, or DAM technologies.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of digital marketing concepts and the digital landscape.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with executive clients.
  • Must have valid US work authorization (E-verify will be used to establish eligibility).
