TL;DR
Account Manager (Cloud): Nurturing relationships with existing cloud customers to drive growth and retention with an accent on multicloud strategy and customer satisfaction. Location: Must be based remotely in the US (preferred in the Midwest or East Coast)

What you will do
- Maintain ownership of customer relationships and lead communication with cloud vendor teams to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Identify new workload opportunities and cost optimization strategies within customer cloud environments.
- Negotiate and close long-term commitments with key stakeholders, balancing customer and company interests.
- Manage customer-related support escalations to resolution to ensure high satisfaction.
- Deliver regular quarterly reviews, tracking project timelines and projected cloud spending.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide customer feedback and help prioritize product deliverables.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience working at a technology company.
- Strong technical skills to engage productively with technical teams and build influential relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent operational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
- Must be based remotely in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or other major public clouds.
- Experience in the FinOps ecosystem.
- Cloud Certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Digital Leader.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
