Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 USD (plus bonuses, commissions, benefits)

What you will do
- Manage client relationships throughout their partnership, including kick-off meetings to align on goals, strategies, and success metrics
- Organize quarterly business reviews to analyze performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Identify trends across accounts to spot opportunities, solve problems, and prevent recurring issues
- Achieve quotas for customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell
- Conduct outbound calls, webinars, and maintain CRM for client tracking
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure success of clients' online campaigns
Requirements
- 2+ years in account management or client-facing role
- 1+ years in SEM/PPC advertising strategies and measuring campaign success
- 1+ years in digital marketing sales (plus)
- Results-oriented with excellent communication, organization, and ability to work under pressure
- Outgoing, self-motivated team player capable of independent and collaborative work
