What you will do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across HOAs, condominiums, and master associations.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to Board Members and developers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership and marketing to ensure seamless transition from sales to onboarding.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Miami, FL or Broward, FL to attend board meetings and community events.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.
  • Experience in HOA, condominium management, real estate, or related fields preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
