What you will do

  • Lead and grow the pipeline of qualified opportunities for branding and marketing services from prospecting to pitch.
  • Proactively generate leads within the real estate (multifamily, mixed-use, office) and hospitality sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create winning proposals and presentations.
  • Manage and report on the HubSpot pipeline to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting.
  • Represent the company brand as the primary point of contact at industry events and conferences.
  • Partner with the Chief Growth Officer and Head of Sales to define and execute the overall growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Established network and professional experience within the real estate industry.
  • Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and creative services.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Must be based in Washington, D.C. for on-site work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
