Job Title: Business Development Manager - Location Partnerships
Location: New York, USA
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and professional Business Development Manager - Location Partnerships to lead the expansion of our digital screen network across New York. This role is responsible for the full cycle of location acquisition - from identifying high-potential storefronts and commercial venues to closing signed agreements. The ideal candidate is confident, highly presentable, and experienced in negotiations and relationship-building within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research retail stores, restaurants, and commercial venues with suitable window exposure for screen installation
- Proactively contact property owners and general managers (cold outreach & relationship building)
- Conduct in-person site visits to evaluate locations
- Capture photo and video documentation of potential sites
- Assess visibility, foot traffic, and overall suitability of locations
- Lead negotiations on placement conditions
- Collect and organize all required documentation and location data
- Coordinate contract execution using company-provided templates
- Ensure timely follow-up and control the signing process
- Independently close deals and secure signed agreements
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Professional and presentable demeanor
- Experience in real estate, location scouting, business development, outdoor media, or similar field preferred
- Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person meetings
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Based in New York and comfortable with daily field work

- Accurate documentation and smooth contract execution
