What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and manage pipeline across UK and North American markets via email, calls, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
  • Execute territory strategy and account plans to drive larger opportunities
  • Partner with SDRs and marketing on lead generation, campaigns, and sequences
  • Drive deals with urgency, handle objections, and forecast revenue accurately
  • Maintain CRM records and improve sales processes

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in full-cycle sales/Account Executive role with proven quota attainment
  • 1+ year in quota-carrying outbound sales
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience selling into UK and/or North American markets highly preferred
  • Comfortable generating own pipeline

  • Strategic, solution-oriented selling experience
  • Strong collaboration with SDRs and CRM discipline
