What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Build and manage pipeline across UK and North American markets via email, calls, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
- Execute territory strategy and account plans to drive larger opportunities
- Partner with SDRs and marketing on lead generation, campaigns, and sequences
- Drive deals with urgency, handle objections, and forecast revenue accurately
- Maintain CRM records and improve sales processes
Requirements
- 2-3 years in full-cycle sales/Account Executive role with proven quota attainment
- 1+ year in quota-carrying outbound sales
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience selling into UK and/or North American markets highly preferred
- Comfortable generating own pipeline
