What you will do

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with key travel trade partners, including travel agencies, tour operators, and wholesalers.
  • Drive performance by negotiating competitive deals and promoting the product portfolio.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with contracting, marketing, and operations teams to optimize client satisfaction.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure retention and maximize revenue via upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or B2B distribution sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B travel industry and online booking platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
