What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of the largest and most complex hotel customers in Thailand as their primary strategic advisor.
- Build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders through business reviews and on-site visits.
- Drive net dollar retention by identifying expansion opportunities and implementing churn reduction strategies.
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Product teams to resolve complex customer escalations.
- Analyze usage trends and customer data to improve product adoption and business outcomes.
- Synthesize customer feedback to help shape the future direction of the platform.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hospitality industry experience in senior operational or commercial roles (e.g., Revenue Manager, GM) within Thailand.
- Deep expertise in hotel operations, revenue management, distribution, and PMS.
- Native proficiency in Thai and strong English communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing high-value customer portfolios with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to travel locally within Thailand on a monthly basis and inter-city quarterly.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS platforms or hospitality tech (PMS, RMS, channel managers).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Market experience in Phuket or other key Thai resort areas.
