What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of the largest and most complex hotel customers in Thailand as their primary strategic advisor.
  • Build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders through business reviews and on-site visits.
  • Drive net dollar retention by identifying expansion opportunities and implementing churn reduction strategies.
  • Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Product teams to resolve complex customer escalations.
  • Analyze usage trends and customer data to improve product adoption and business outcomes.
  • Synthesize customer feedback to help shape the future direction of the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hospitality industry experience in senior operational or commercial roles (e.g., Revenue Manager, GM) within Thailand.
  • Deep expertise in hotel operations, revenue management, distribution, and PMS.
  • Native proficiency in Thai and strong English communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value customer portfolios with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to travel locally within Thailand on a monthly basis and inter-city quarterly.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS platforms or hospitality tech (PMS, RMS, channel managers).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Market experience in Phuket or other key Thai resort areas.
