What you will do

• Generate sales in assigned territory through partner deal registrations, qualified leads, and cold calling.
• Coordinate with partners and resellers to identify and close new business opportunities.
• Maximize coverage, penetrate organizations with hirify.global products, and provide accurate forecasting.
• Drive revenue by achieving individual and team quotas while teaming up with field sales.
• Update Salesforce CRM, contribute to team meetings, and coach junior staff on selling tactics.

Requirements

• 5+ years B2B sales experience with high-tech products/services.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent education/experience combination.
• Experience driving sales processes across channel, engineering, marketing, and field teams.
• Strong ability to build relationships, work independently in fast-paced environment, and adapt to changes.
