What you will do

• Lead and develop the account management team in Bangkok, fostering a collaborative environment and mirroring company values.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets with a significant focus on client retention and scaling the existing advertising book of business.
• Oversee the onboarding, training, performance management, coaching, and career development of the team.
• Establish senior-level relationships through quarterly business reviews and strategic meetings with key clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Technical Support teams to optimize client experiences and drive solution development.
• Partner with the Sales Director and Country Manager to develop market penetration strategies across SEA markets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional client-facing experience in the digital advertising space.
• Outstanding relationship management and client service skills, preferably with premium agencies.
• Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills to translate big data into commercial insights.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team.
• Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
