TL;DR

Location: Fully remote in the US (CST, EST)
Compensation: $84,000 base + $84,000 OTE + benefits + equity

What you will do
- Own monthly sales targets within assigned territories.
- Manage and optimize the business pipeline through focused outbound prospecting.
- Conduct sales calls and demos to establish relationships and close deals for the B2B SaaS platform.
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify prospect pain points and communicate the value of the platform.
- Partner with customers to understand their specific business needs and requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally focusing on SMB or Mid-Market customers.
- Outstanding track record in outbound sales and/or sales development.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with a strong, consistent work ethic.
